Lipicard 160 Tablet is a medicine used to treat high cholesterol. This medicine helps by lowering triglycerides and “bad” cholesterol (LDL), while at the same time raising the levels of “good” cholesterol (HDL). Lowering cholesterol levels reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Lipicard 160 Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. You can take it at any time of day with food but try to take it at the same time each day. Lipicard 160 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disorders. Serum creatinine levels may increase with long-term usage of Lipicard 160 Tablet but is completely reversible. Yes, you can take Lipicard 160 Tablet with grapefruit juice. The possibility of interaction of the medicine with grapefruit is unlikely as they are broken down in our body by different enzymes. However, if in doubt then limit the intake of grapefruit juice while taking Lipicard 160 Tablet.
